Transforming an organization is hard! Diverse technologies, silos, big projects, and organizational culture often fly in the face of continually improving. At the same time, they teach us great lessons. I’d like to share a few of these with you through the transformation journey of a medium-sized company. From our decision to experiment with and scale Lean, Agile, and DevOps, to our renewed vision, to ultimately reaping tangible benefit. Let’s talk about how we are breaking away from traditional development methods, how we are embracing agility, the Scaled Agile Framework©, planning-at-large, and a few of the bigger lessons we’ve learned. Sure, it is not a walk-in-the-park. It is though, very rewarding. Join me!
