Description:

OrgXO.com is a cloud-based application designed to uncover and optimize the collaboration flow within organizations. In this webinar we explore how to uncover and activate the underlying networks that make or break organizations. The demo reveals how work gets done in reality, beyond the organizational charts and work processes, and how to swiftly identify key influencers, blockers, and bridges with just a few clicks.

Using Network Science algorithms, OrgXO maps the structure of collaboration, revealing the backbone of interdependencies as well as reliance clusters. Medical imaging, like MRI for instance, has become crucial before any treatment or intervention. Similarly, OrgXO assists leaders in better understanding the inner works of their organization so they can use this powerful technology to strategically target their interventions at the right junctions, engaging the right people. We will explore how Employee Collaboration Score (ECS) allows you to unveil the bottlenecks, blockers as well as the people champions. We will then address the issue of active vs. passive data collection - their benefits and limitations. We will conclude by looking at the value that OrgXO adds to Project Management professionals through integration and customization of PM tools, thus adding a new set of powerful metrics and network visualization features.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Develop a better understanding of cross-functional interdependency and collaboration patterns.
  2. Discuss key concepts specific to network science and applicability.
  3. Accelerate the process improvement through change initiatives by engaging influencers and blockers, and creating bridges.
  4. Utilize OrgXO platform and existing internal network data to improve organization's performance.
  5. Learn how OrgXO complements Project Management practices and contributes to developing a sustainable competitive advantage.
