Notification of Annual Elections and Call for Board Nominations

The annual Election of members to the PMI Heartland Board of Directors will take place September 15 through September 29, 2021. Nominations are being accepted for the following Board positions to the January 2022 – December 2023 term.

  • Vice President, Operations
  • Vice President, Marketing & Communications
  • Vice President, Finance
  • Vice President, Administration

To submit your nomination, please email your responses to the following questions by or before 11:59 pm on August 8, 2021, to Carol Danigole at registrations@pmiheartland.org with NOMINATION in the subject.

Election

On September 15, 2021, voting-eligible PMI Heartland members will receive an email with a web link URL along with a unique user ID and password. The receipt of electronic ballots will conclude on September 29, 2021, with election results announced by October 20, 2021, on the chapter’s website.

 

Positions due for Election

Vice President, Operations: The Vice President - Operations shall lead the chapter’s team in managing virtual and physical IT assets, and reviewing and developing documentation of processes and policies in support of organizational maturity. 

Vice President, Marketing & Communications:  The Vice President - Marketing and Communications leads teams that develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive marketing and integrated communications strategy and processes in alignment with the short and long-term goals of the Chapter.

Vice President, Finance:  The Vice President - Finance shall serve as Treasurer and is responsible for the Chapter’s financial reporting and management, including the preparation of an annual financial budget, tax filing and tracking the Chapter’s expenses and income, and oversee the management of funds for duly authorized purposes of the Chapter.

Vice President, Administration: The Vice President - Administration shall serve as Chapter Secretary or can designate a director to serve as Secretary, and shall keep adequate records of all proceedings, actions, and meetings of the Chapter and Board of Directors, and keep all legal and contractual documentation. Additionally, the Vice President of Administration shall preside over Board meetings in the absence of the Chapter President.
