Summary:
The last 90 days have been unprecedented in the speed of change to the workplace. COVID-19 has challenged all of us to rapidly change the way we work. This crisis has allowed some to shine as leaders while others are left hanging on for dear life. During this first-ever Webinar from PMI Heartland, Michael will review the key qualities needed to lead during a crisis, provide an opportunity for project managers to share lessons learned, and explore the lasting impact that this experience will have on project management and the organizations we serve.

Speaker Bio:
Michael Perdunn is a change evangelist, facilitator, and speaker. Currently, he is leading OPPD's cybersecurity team through the vital job of protecting Omaha's electrical grid. Michael facilitates training and development programs in project management, change management, and team building.
