Senthilkumaran Ramaiyan is an experienced program manager who executes strategic business objectives and organizations’ vision pragmatically to achieve the program benefits successfully. Senthil is an agile enthusiast who had been practicing Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Management for over 16 years and seamlessly builds credibility across various realms within an organization to deliver the highest quality software solutions. He holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and a master's degree in Business Administration. At present, Senthil is chasing his dream doctoral project management degree in Business Administration. He volunteers with Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) to help high school students with their entrepreneurial thinking, business concepts, and business plans for the NFTE Regional Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge series.
